Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4:13-14

What Do I See?

The image of me . . .
when I look in the mirror,
what do I see?
Is it pleasing to Him?
The reflection I see?
Am I strong? Am I wise?
. . . as He wants me to be?

It isn't the image the mirror reflects . . .
that's nothing but dust from this earth.
In the heart and the soul of a woman of God . . .
therein lies the treasure of rubies . . . the worth.

It's the time that I spend . . .
and the message I bring,
to others who see me each day.
Do they know how I love Him?
Are they able to tell . . .
Or do I carefully hide it away?
Is my lamp burning?
My vineyards, do they abound?
When you need a woman for service,
can I be found?

Oh, Lord, I want so to grow.
To be pleasing to You.
To give my life up to You, . . .
is what I must do.
For without You beside me . . .
my lamp would go out.
Wisdom would faulter . . .
and darkness abound.

In Proverbs You tell me, . . .
so clearly, Your words are so true.
You tell me exactly . . .
what You'd have me do.

When I reach out, woman to woman . . .
to another in need,
Oh, it takes but a moment,
to plant just one seed.

I pray it's a seed I have planted
in a woman You'll call.
As You whisper and tell her, . . .
"My daughter, . . . you excel them all."

Use me, Lord!

NIV Devotions for Women (Biblegateway)

The gifts God has given you and the calling He’s placed on your life are irrevocable. Whatever door God opens on your behalf cannot be closed by anyone. God’s plans for you will succeed and His promises stand firm forever.

Meanwhile, let’s not only thank God for the doors He’s opening, but also for the doors He’s closing. Doors that could potentially lead us to harm, should we get our own way. Let’s be sure to remember: God is not getting in our way — He is the only way to complete victory!

Dear Lord, thank You for the gifts and calling You’ve placed on my life. Help me to trust You when things don?t go according to my plans and desires. Let me see the potential of a closed door as a divine detour that will lead me closer to You as I wait for something better. I’m so grateful Your promises stand forever. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

TRUTH FOR TODAY:
Philippians 1:6, "And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." (ESV)

We pray that you will enjoy your stay here, be blessed and visit us again. If you notice, there is a specific mixture of colors used and each color has a meaning from the Positive aspect.

Purple's meaning is spirituality, spiritual fulfillment, royalty, nobility, stability, creative, inheritance, dominion, sonship. Proverbs 31:22 "... She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple" and I Peter 2:9a "But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people".

Blue's meaning is of trust and peace, loyalty and integrity, hope, healing, grace, freedom, anointing, holy service. Proverbs 31:25 "Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come."

Green's meaning is balance, harmony, renewal, rebirth, growth, fruitful, dependable, agreeable and diplomatic. Proverbs 31:26 "She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness."

Pink's meaning is hope, compassion, nurturing, love, intuitive, insightful, showing tenderness and kindness, empathy, sensitivity, right relationship, power, healing, spiritual yet practical.

Lastly, the color White meaning is purity, wholeness, completion, fairness, neutrality, righteousness, holiness, purification of sins. The purity of salvation is represented as white clothing.

Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the Lord, “Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool." Revelation 7:14 "I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."

God made everyone different. No two women are alike and they are not meant to be alike. They may have some of the same interests and maybe some of the same characteristics, but each woman is an original design made by God. This means that there are many different personalities, traits, facial features, hair textures, body shape and sizes.

Yes, there is a lot of differences, but one aspect that is alike in each and every woman is the blood of Jesus for those who have accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Each woman is gifted from God in one way, but some in more than one way. Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."

There are different seating as shown in our welcome banner. Different shapes, different colors and different material. The seats are different, but are positioned side-by-side. The meaning? Although different,we can come together as one in fellowship, friendship, love, support, ministry and working here on earth for the Kingdom of Heaven; doing, going, being, praying, supporting, helping each other, showing Jesus; so we can in turn, lend the same to other women and young women.

Come join us in worship services. Women's Day Out? You Are Welcome.

We all have a calling in our lives and no one may be the same, but whatever our calling is, the main focus should be to present Jesus to women and younger women to a deeper understanding of Jesus. It's all about Jesus, therefore we should submit in letting the Lord use us for His Glory for whatever purpose He has purposed for our lives. Women who love Jesus has a deep desire to learn, and to be trained.

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God. Titus 2:3-5 (NIV)

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Mark 12:30-31

Devout and Godly Character. The godly older women, the women of faith who have accepted and taken in heart and spirit the Titus 2 woman to train, show, encourage younger women in biblical Holy Spirit filled living, reverent, godly, modest and wise. The older women displaying Godly character, that of verse 3, “the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior” living as a Priest for God, dedicated to God. Many young women face challenges and seek out the wisdom of older women, not only in the church, but in our homes and the community.

We are to be living sacrifices. Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; and Galatians 2:20 Bodies presented as living sacrifices, holy, acceptable to God, not conformed to this world, but with transformed and renewed minds, in bodies that are temples of the Holy Spirit glorifying God in your body and spirit, which are God’s; no longer living for me, but Christ living through me.

Our purpose is to be about God's business here on earth. Our purpose is to be who God have called us to be.....godly women, wives, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, neices, aunts, and cousins. The Lord helping us, so we can help others.
